TummyTub was designed in the Netherlands by caregivers to ease the transition from the comfort of the mother's womb. The TummyTub is available in three different colors; clear, pink and blue. Although the Tub can be purchased on its own, there is an add-on called the Two Step Stool which raises the tub to allow you to wash your baby from a seated position. The Two Step Stool also comes with a washing cup to aid in bathing your baby. The Two Step Stool comes in two parts. When the top attachment is removed you have a child's seat with a storage compartment. This can also be adjusted to provide a step stool which is great for children to use in the bathroom. The Two Step Stool is available in three colors; blue, pink and green.

I love the concept, especially for newborns, but my baby swirls around on her bum as i try to hold her with one hand and wash with the other. I also would not recommend filling the water up to the fill line as it is very close to their face by the time baby gets in. She does like the tub and it's nice to have something compact. The advertisements that say all you need to do is support their head is not true, at least not in our case. She practically folds in half and slides under, even now at 4 months. I think she will have a lot of fun playing in it now that she is getting bigger.

I had this on the ground for the first few months, then moved it to the sink as he started to splash a bit more. We loved our tummy tub from day one. Kept him warm as he was completely submerged, less water was used per bath, a perfectly relaxing soak to end the day. Would fill to just below fill line and add a small squirt of soap. It was a bit difficult to reach his bottom, but I would just give him a warm wipe down when I was drying him off. He always had a smile on his face when it was bath time. Have given this as a shower gift a few times along with a some california baby bath products, hooded towel, and wash cloths. Always well received and a conversation starter. Wonderful concept.
