This natural and partially compostable* BioDiaper is free from harmful chemicals and consists primarily of biodegradable and compostable materials. Made from Ingeo Fibers, a renewable fiber free of harsh synthetic chemicals and preservatives, you need not worry about what substances are placed against your baby's most sensitive areas.
Making Convenience "GREEN"
The GroVia BioDiapers are lined with a certified natural, 100% Ingeo spun bound, non-woven fabric. Compostable to EN13432 (EU) standard and ASTM D 6400 (USA).
Biodegradable wood pulp fibers comprise the absorbent core, with 3 grams of SAP (Sodium Polyacrylate) gel. Compare that amount to the 10-20 grams you will find in standard disposable diapers.
The Bio-Film used for the waterproof outer layer is 100% natural and compostable to the following standard: EN 13432 (EU).
