I used this after every time I went to the restroom, from the first time shortly after I delivered my first child to at least the 3rd week after delivery, and LOVE this product! It was so relieving even with only one stitch. I didn't finish the bottle so will loan to my sister-in-law and definitely repurchase for my next baby. We don't have a bath tub so I couldn't try out the sitz bath but would love that someday also.
